Your mental health and wellbeing is important. Prioritising it isn’t always easy and sometimes you may need some support in doing so.

Here we are able to offer you a range of options to encourage and support you in looking after your wellbeing. We are all unique and therefore there is not one solution that works for everyone so finding the one that suits you is key to your progress.

Offering and using a range of therapies, approaches and techniques you can be reassured that your mental health and well-being is a priority.

All therapies and trainings are offered online meaning you can access what you need from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you and fits around your other commitments.

All therapeutic approaches are client led meaning you are in control.

We also offer a range of trainings and workshops for both individuals and companies or organisations.

Bespoke packages can also be created upon request.

Vicki has a passion for supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. She works with both children and adults in various settings and therapeutic programmes that benefit well-being.

As a qualified counsellor and trainer in several mental health and wellbeing approaches, she is able to offer a wealth of knowledge and techniques to support individuals.

Having a background in education, Vicki understands that everyone learns and engages in different ways and therefore offers a range of therapeutic approaches and tools.

Vicki is also a military wife and understands the diverse challenges that that brings to daily life.

Sometimes, we need some support in working through life’s challenges or being given an opportunity to feel heard in a non-judgemental space. Giving ourselves the time to do so, is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. We often put our mental health and wellbeing at the bottom of the pile or put ourselves last whilst trying to manage and juggle life, situations and our emotions. When our wellbeing is looked after, we are able to navigate the world and our own situations more easily and are able to make positive changes within our daily life”
